Can I move a scheduled send from the calendar?
Yes. A scheduled batch on the grid opens to its own page, where you change the date or cancel it. Cancelled batches leave the calendar immediately, and a batch already in flight keeps showing its live progress until the last email is out.
What does the calendar show for a 20,000-recipient batch?
One band, drawn from the hour it starts to the hour the pacing finishes, and the expiry of that cohort as a single entry on its date. Nothing per recipient, so a large program stays readable.
When do expiry reminders go out?
Ahead of the expiry date, on the reminder day the calendar marks with a bell. The exact lead time follows the validity you set on the batch, and the verification page keeps showing the certificate's current standing throughout.
Can I plan further than 90 days out?
Sends can be scheduled up to 90 days ahead today, which covers a quarter. Expiries and reminders beyond that still appear on their dates, because they are derived from certificates already issued rather than from a schedule.
