Vector PDF
rendered server-side, every copy identical
1 QR
on every design, pointing at its verify page
What you see is what prints
The builder renders with the same font files the PDF engine uses — not your browser's nearest match. Position a line against a border and it lands there on every certificate.
Arabic and English, properly
Right-to-left text, joined Arabic script and bilingual lines in one element. 31 curated print-safe fonts, 15 of them Arabic families.
Seals, ornaments, shapes
A recolorable library of starbursts, wreaths, ribbons, frames and flourishes — plus shapes, lines, icons and image uploads.
Dynamic fields and QR
Drop in {{Name}}, {{Date}}, {{CertificateID}} or any column from your data, and a QR that points at the certificate's own verification page.
Start from a template
A public gallery of ready designs — corporate, academic, event, Arabic and English — that open straight into the builder as yours to edit.
Print-ready PDF output
Every certificate renders server-side to a crisp vector PDF, identical for the first recipient and the ten-thousandth.
Everything a certificate needs, placed by hand.
The moves below cycle through the four that matter most: a real data field, type set in the renderer’s own fonts, a bilingual flip, and verification placed on the canvas like anything else.

Drop in a dynamic field
{{Name}} is not placeholder art — at issue time every row of your data lands exactly here.
Tune it like text
Size, weight, face, color — with the renderer’s own font files, so the canvas cannot lie about the PDF.
Flip it to Arabic
True right-to-left: joined script, mirrored alignment, bilingual lines in one element.
Wire in verification
The QR points at this certificate’s own public page — trust placed like any other element.

Who runs this every week
What teams ask before they start
Can I upload my own design instead of building one?
Yes. Upload a PDF, PNG or JPG of an existing certificate as the background, then place dynamic fields, the verification QR and any seals on top. The studio treats it like any other template, so it runs in batches, claim forms and the API.
Does Arabic text really print correctly?
The studio renders with the same font files the PDF engine uses, so joined script, right-to-left order and bilingual lines look on the canvas exactly as they print. Fifteen of the 31 curated fonts are Arabic families chosen for print, not screen.
Which fields can a certificate carry?
Any column in your recipient data. Name, date and certificate ID are the common ones, but a course title, a grade, an hours count or a signatory name all become fields the same way. Every field is filled per recipient at render time.
Is the builder available on the Free plan?
Yes. The studio, the template gallery and the verification QR are on every plan, including Free. Plans differ in how many certificates you issue a month and how many recipient lists you keep, not in what you can design.
