For training providers

Every cohort certified the day it finishes.

Your certificate is part of the product your learners paid for. Issue it the day the course ends — from a roster upload or an API call from your LMS — with a verification page that keeps its value long after.

Same day

from roster upload to inboxes

2 languages

one certificate, Arabic and English

1 scan

for any employer to verify

Roster in, certificates out

Export the cohort from your LMS, upload it, and the queue renders and emails every certificate — with your logo, from your address.

CPD that expires — and renews

Set validity periods on time-limited certifications; reminder emails go out before expiry, and the verify page always shows the current standing.

Protect the credential's worth

Employers verify in one scan. Revocation and expiry mean your certificate says something — which is why learners want it.

Or wire it to the LMS

Course completion in your platform can trigger issuance automatically through the API, Zapier, Make or n8n.

One certificate in both languages

Bilingual templates carry Arabic and English on the same sheet, with print-safe fonts for both scripts. Learners in the Gulf and their employers abroad read the same document.

The year on one calendar

Sends, expiries and renewal reminders sit on a program calendar. A safety course due for renewal in ninety days is visible now, not on the day it lapses.

In practice

A typical run

  1. 1

    Export the cohort

Download the completions list from your LMS, or a sheet of names, emails and the course title. Column names do not have to match ours.

  2. 2

    Pick or draft the template

Open your saved course design, choose from the gallery, or describe the certificate in a sentence and let the AI studio draft it.

  3. 3

    Run the batch

Upload the roster, map the columns, send a test to yourself, and start. The queue renders and emails every certificate from your own address.

  4. 4

    Watch the results

Delivered, bounced or retried, per learner. Export the batch report for your accreditation file, and let the calendar handle renewals.

Questions

What teams ask before they start

Will accreditation bodies accept a certificate issued this way?

The certificate is your document with your logo, your signatory and your wording. What CertTrigger adds is a public verification page and a signed credential behind it, so the body can confirm the record with the issuer rather than trusting the file. Many bodies prefer that to a scan.

Can we set validity periods for CPD and time-limited certifications?

Yes. Give a template a validity period and every certificate issued from it expires on schedule. The verification page shows the standing live, reminder emails go out before expiry, and a renewed certificate replaces the record without editing a PDF.

Do we need to integrate our LMS, or can we start with spreadsheets?

Start with spreadsheets. Excel and CSV upload is the native path and works on the Free plan. When you want issuance to happen on course completion, the REST API, n8n and Activepieces cover it today, with Zapier and Make apps in progress.

Do our learners' details leave our control?

Recipient data stays yours. Certificates go out from your own connected mailbox, verification pages show only what the certificate itself says, and you can revoke or delete records from the dashboard. The Trust Center documents how data is held.
