For events

Attendance certified before the applause ends.

No collecting spreadsheets after the event, no week-later email nobody opens. The closing slide carries a QR; attendees scan, verify their email, and walk out with a certificate already in their inbox.

The closing-slide QR

One claim form per session or per event, with a presenter view for the big screen.

Only people in the room

Email verification and claim caps keep the certificate meaningful; the same address can never claim twice.

The attendee list, as a bonus

Every claim is a verified contact — export to CSV and your next event's invite list writes itself.

Or send afterwards

Prefer to review first? Collect claims now, issue later as a scheduled batch.

Passes and check-in at the door

Issue QR passes before the event and scan them at the entrance. Every scan joins the attendance list, a second scan of the same pass is flagged, and that list is the batch you certify the same evening.

Hybrid rooms, one form

Attendees in the hall scan the slide; attendees on the stream open the same claim link from the chat. Both verify by email, and the cap you set holds across the room and the stream together.

In practice

A typical run

  1. 1

    Before the doors open

Create a claim form per session or per event, set the cap, choose the certificate template and the sender address. Put the QR on the closing slide and, if you sell tickets, issue the passes.

  2. 2

    At the door

Scan passes on any phone. Valid, already checked in, or unknown shows in one glance, and the attendance list writes itself as people arrive.

  3. 3

    On the closing slide

Attendees scan, enter their email, confirm the one-time code and receive the certificate in their inbox before they reach the lobby. The verification QR is already on it.

  4. 4

    The week after

Export the verified contacts as CSV for the next invitation, schedule a follow-up batch for anyone you approve later, and answer any employer's check with the verification link.

Questions

What teams ask before they start

How do you stop people who were not in the room from claiming?

Each claim needs a working email and a one-time code, each address can claim once, and you set a cap on the form. For ticketed events the pass check-in list is the recipient list, so only scanned attendees are certified.

Can we review claims before anything is sent?

Yes. Switch the form to collect mode: it gathers verified contacts without issuing, you approve the list, then issue as a scheduled batch. Instant issue and collect-then-issue can be used on different sessions of the same event.

Does a speaker or sponsor logo fit on the certificate?

The template is yours in the builder: add logos, seals, the session title and speaker names as fields, in Arabic and English. The email and the verification page carry your branding, and white-label removes ours on the plans that include it.

What does the free plan allow for an event?

The free plan includes one contact list, the claim form and the QR, so a small workshop can run end to end at no cost. Larger audiences, more lists and monthly certificate volume come with Starter, Pro and Business.
