Live-event claims

The certificate is ready before they leave the room.

Create a claim form, put its QR on the closing slide, and every attendee gets their certificate the moment they scan — verified by email code, capped, deduplicated, and delivered by the same queue as everything else.

0 duplicates

Same queue

renders and emails as every batch

One QR per event

Each form has its own link and QR, ready to drop on a slide, a badge or a poster. A presenter view shows the code full-screen.

Verified, not scraped

Claimants confirm their email with a one-time code before anything is issued — no typo-ed addresses, no certificates for people who were not there.

Caps and deduplication

Set a claim limit per form; the same email can never claim twice. Race-safe even when the whole room scans at once.

Instant or collected

Issue on the spot, or just collect verified contacts and send later as a batch — your choice per form.

Your branding on the page

The claim page carries your logo and colors, with ready-made English and Arabic email presets.

Everything exports

Every claim and contact is a CSV away — feed it back into your CRM or the next event.

Questions

What teams ask before they start

How many people can claim from one form?

You set the cap per form, and the platform enforces it even when the whole room scans in the same minute. Claims also count against your plan's contact and certificate allowances, which the form editor shows before you publish, so the limit is never a surprise at the door.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The claim page, the one-time code email and the certificate itself all render in Arabic or English, matching the recipient, and the ready-made email presets ship in both languages. Right-to-left layout is native, not a translated afterthought.

What if the venue has no internet?

Attendees claim on their own phones, so the venue only needs mobile coverage rather than event Wi-Fi. If a scan fails, the form's link works from any browser later, within the claim window you set, and the same email still cannot claim twice.

Can I collect names now and issue later?

Yes. Collect mode verifies each email and stores the contact without issuing anything. When the session ends you review the list, remove anyone who should not be on it, and send the certificates as one batch through the normal queue.
